Here at Dodmoor we offer a no corkage period, which gives you the freedom to provide your own drinks for a set time, all for free! This begins straight after your ceremony and covers your drinks reception, meal and speeches. All your drinks can be drop off the day before and served by the Dodmoor Team with ice, in four glassware.
Alternatively we offer four, stress free, daytime drinks packages, offering unlimited drinks for the drinks reception, meal and speeches. There is a guaranteed maximum cost starting at just £17.50 per person for 2025 and depending on the package you choose your guests could enjoy fun cocktails, hot winter drinks for the colder months, a Gin Bar or Spirit Bar, or even a Martini or Mojito Bar!

Our stree-free and flexible drinks packages are the perfect addition to your special day at Dodmoor House. Simply choose the package that suits you, select your preferred drinks and leave the rest to us, we will take care of everything so you can focus on celebrating!
Right after your ceremony you and your guests will be welcomed by the Dodmoor team with your first celebratory drink, but that is just the beginning! Enjoy unlimited drinks throughout your drinks reception, meal and a toast drink during speeches.
With a fantastic range of Proseccos, wines, and beers plus the option of a cocktail, gin or spirit bar or even celebrating in style with a mojito or martini bar, there is something to suit everyone!
Our Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond drinks packages come with our amazing drinks cabinet which will wow your guests as cocktails are made in front of them!

Providing Your Own Drinks
If our packages aren't right for you, you're more than welcome to provide your own drinks instead! We will store all your drinks in our fridges over night once you have drop off it all off the day before, and then serve straight after your ceremony, using our glassware, so everything runs smoothly. We are also happy to cut up your garnishes such as fruit for Pimm's too!
You can provide all your favourites for the Dodmoor Team to continue serving throughout the drinks reception and meal, followed by a toast drink for the speeches. Then whatever is not drank will just be returned to you the following morning.
If you are estimating how much to buy in advance, we would suggest this as a rough guide:
:: 2.5 - 3 alcoholic drinks per adult guest in the drinks reception (lasting around 90 minutes), plus some soft drinks
:: Half a bottle of wine per guest in the meal (lasting 90-120 minutes), possibly with bottles of beer and/or soft drinks on offer too
:: A glass of fizz per adult guest for speeches (five bottles to a glass), plus a non-alcoholic option
You'll be able to judge what will be most popular with your guests, and this may depend on the time of year and the wedding breakfast menu.
Also, the more choices you provide for your guests (for instance, rose wine as well as red and white wine in the meal), the more bottles of each you will need to buy – to cover all eventualities.

This works best for a ‘standard’ wedding day with a drinks reception followed by a seated wedding breakfast, so you might need to alter it slightly for a more informal reception or an afternoon tea (perhaps by doubling the drinks reception amounts to cover the tea as well, if no wine is being served).
With less than 50 guests, we suggest buying slightly more of each type of drink as small variations on the day can make a bigger difference.
These prices are valid for the ‘no corkage’ period during the drinks reception, meal and speeches.
At all other times, the pay-bar will be exclusively open and you can view a copy of our current Bar Price List which is reviewed every six months.
