We're looking forward to welcoming you to Dodmoor House! Here are a few useful things to help make your visit as easy as possible.

WHERE TO STAY?

We recommend two local hotels with bed & breakfast and complimentary transport included when booked on the couple's allocation. Otherwise, we have a big list of other local places to stay if needed.

TRANSPORT & TAXIS

Guests staying on the Dodmoor allocation at Daventry Court or Staverton Park will have complimentary transport back to their hotel at the end of the evening. Your evening manager will provide you with a transport card and direct you to the pick-up point.

Please approach via the A5 and not through Dodford village. Dodmoor House is the first turning on the right after the canal bridge.

PARKING

There is plenty of free parking available on site.

You're welcome to leave your car overnight, but we kindly ask that it is collected by 11am the following morning.

Please note that vehicles are left at owners' risk as the car parks are not locked.

WIFI

Unfortunately, due to our countryside location and listed building status we can not provide a substantial WiFi service. We ask guests use their 4G connection, there is usually a clear connection to most providers

CONFETTI

Usually the newlyweds will provide the confetti for their big day. However, if you would like to bring your own, we allow confetti in the Courtyard Barn and on the steps outside in the courtyard. We just ask for this to be real or dried petals only please (rather than paper confetti, even if it's biodegradable). We also do not permit confetti cannons, thank you!

ACCESSIBILITY

Dodmoor House is very accessible, with slopes in the courtyard and ramps available if needed. Our bar is located upstairs and as we are Grade 2 listed we do not have a lift, we will however offer waitress service to guests throughout the day and evening. We can also reserve you a parking space close to the venue, please get in touch to reserve a spot. We do also have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Unfortunately, due to our rural location we do not have the facilities to install electric car charging points within our car parks. However, our nearest charging points are not far away at all!... "Heart of England" (5 minutes away from Dodmoor) or "Oval services J16" (7 minutes away from Dodmoor)

BAR SALES

We have a fully stocked licensed bar, that usually opens an hour before a ceremony. We do prefer card payments please. Please note that drinks are not allowed to be taken into a civil ceremony
