Accommodation...
The only on-site accommodation is our Honeymoon Suite, so we have excellent links with two local hotels- The Mercure, Daventry Court Hotel and the Staverton Park Hotel. The deal includes bed & breakfast, and transport provided by us at the end of the night.
Your hosts will need to have set up an allocation and give you a specific code. The code should be used when you ring or email the Daventry Court Hotel to book a room on 01327 307000 or by emailing HA0I0-RE@accor.com, or entered into the online booking system on the Staverton Park Hotel's website.
Please note that rooms cannot be booked online at the Daventry Court Hotel and the allocation runs out six weeks before the wedding day.
Taxis...

All transport booked by us for guests using the allocation deal is booked to arrive between the end of the night and half an hour after. The evening manager on the night of the wedding will give you a taxi card to confirm your transport has been booked and will show you where the transport will arrive.
The Crossroads Hotel: Individual taxis will cost between £20-25 as they come from Daventry but we would be happy to help organise group transport at the end of the evening.
Dodmoor House can book and organise transport in advance, in the half an hour after the end of the party, for an additional £5 per head.
Please ring 01327 341736 or email us at weddings@dodmoorhouse.co.uk to be added to the transport at least a week before the wedding.
We can take card payment over the phone, or we can accept bank transfers (details given via email). On the night, our evening manager will give you a token to use for the shuttle runs.
We are afraid that this payment is non-refundable on the day if you decide you would like to leave earlier as we will be pre-booking transport a week in advance of the wedding to ensure the best rate for you.

Our address is Dodmoor House, Weedon Lane, Dodford, NN7 4TA. Please note that some Sat Nav's do not recognise Weedon Lane, so please do 'Click Here' for further information.
Please access the venue off the A5 rather than coming through the village of Dodford. It is then the first turning on the right after the canal bridge

Parking...
We have plenty of car parking spaces on site. You are welcome to leave your car overnight but we do ask they are collected by 11.00am the following morning please. Please note that cars are left at your own risk as gates to our car parks are not locked

Bar sales...
We have a fully stocked licensed bar, that usually opens an hour before a ceremony. We do prefer card payments please. Please note that drinks are not allowed to be taken into a civil ceremony
WiFi...
Unfortunately, due to our countryside location and listed building status we can not provide a substantial WiFi service. We ask guests use their 4G connection, there is usually a clear connection to most providers

Confetti...
Usually the newlyweds will provide the confetti for their big day. However, if you would like to bring your own, we allow confetti in the Courtyard Barn and on the steps outside in the courtyard. We just ask for this to be real or dried petals only please (rather than paper confetti, even if it's biodegradable). We also do not permit confetti cannons, thank you!
Access...
Dodmoor House is very accessible, with slopes in the courtyard and ramps available if needed. Our bar is located upstairs and as we are Grade 2 listed we do not have a lift, we will however offer waitress service to guests throughout the day and evening. We can also reserve you a parking space close to the venue, please get in touch to reserve a spot. We do also have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities

Electric Car Charging...
Unfortunately, due to our rural location we do not have the facilities to install electric car charging points within our car parks. However, our nearest charging points are not far away at all!... "Heart of England" (5 minutes away from Dodmoor) or "Oval services J16" (7 minutes away from Dodmoor)
