If the couple has told you they've reserved bedrooms for their wedding guests, follow the instructions below to book your room.

Mercure Daventry Court Hotel

You can book your room by either:

​

• Calling the hotel on 01327 307000 (Option 2) and quoting the booking code provided by the couple.

• Booking online via the hotel's website using the promotional code DODMBB under the Special Rates section. Select "Dodmoor Weddings (included transport)" and add the unique code provided by the couple in the "A Clarification To Add" notes box.

Book online using the link provided by the couple and enter the unique promotional code in the Promo Code box.

Before you book

Please remember:

​

• Book before the allocation closing date provided by the couple. Hotel allocations usually close six weeks before the wedding.

• Book as early as possible if you require a family room or other specific room type, as availability is limited.

• The discounted wedding rate includes breakfast and transport back to the hotel at the end of the evening, making it excellent value.

To receive the discounted rate and included transport, you must book using the instructions and booking code provided by the couple.

If you book through another website (such as Booking.com) or don't use the correct code:

​

• Your booking won't be part of the wedding allocation.

• Return transport won't be included.

• You'll need to arrange your own taxi home, or you can contact us before the wedding to be added to our end-of-night transport for £6 per person (subject to advance booking and payment).
