"Dodmoor House is picturesque and the setup makes it so easy to personalise your day. Through the whole journey, nothing was too much trouble. I can’t say enough about the staff at this venue. They are so attentive, so professional and made everything so easy. As two anxious people, knowing everything was in hand was really important and helped us to relax and enjoy ourselves.
Kara in particular was so great at communicating right from the beginning and made the whole wedding planning journey a breeze. She was also so enthusiastic about our ideas and remembered all the special details we talked about. "Our experience with Dodmoor House was truly perfect. We looked at a couple of venues within the area (prior to Dodmoor) but when stepping foot on the grounds of Dodmoor, we fell in love instantly. From our first visit up until AFTER our special day, the team have been amazing (special shout out to Beth-rai!).
No ask was ever too big or small for them - they made the entire experience magical and there's simply not one regret. "We couldn’t have picked a better venue than Dodmoor House! Firstly, it goes without saying that the venue looked completely beautiful on the day… despite the rain. Our ‘Day in Detail’ meeting was great, too.
Kara and Louise came to the meeting having thought through almost every minute of the day - it really was so thorough! They let us know of any potential logistical issues, and had solutions for them too.
We cannot write this review without also making a special mention to Kara, who was the co-ordinator for our day. Firstly, Kara is just such a lovely person - always positive and enthusiastic about all of our ideas and plans, and just so easy to talk to. I tend to worry, A LOT, but I can honestly say that I did not worry once when it came to Dodmoor. If you are considering booking with them, please do!"

''We first came to Dodmoor house as wedding guests in 2019 and loved it from then on, it has such a beautiful setting, the wedding we attended ran smoothly and felt like a story of the day, it was perfect and so enjoyable as guests.
February 2023 we booked our autumn October wedding for 2024 and the planning began!
We attended numerous open evenings throughout our wedding planning which was so nice to be able to keep in touch with the team, meet recommended suppliers and see their setup ideas and taste the lovely drinks menu and decide on options, it’s a brilliant idea and really keeps up the excitement of the planning and seeing your venue often.''

''Every staff member we spoke to either in person or via email made it feel like our wedding was the only one they were working on. Everyone cared about the details of our day, big and small, and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was an incredible amount of detail in the responses to our emails, and they were always very prompt.
Chloe was exceptional. Her emails were so personal and friendly, it made the whole experience feel more special. She worked incredibly hard on the day to manage bad weather, last minute changes and wobbly cakes! We cannot thank her enough.''
