Viewings

We would be delighted to give you a guided tour of Dodmoor House and demonstrate how the venue can be tailored to your personal requirements for your wedding day.

We are normally able to offer viewings on Saturday mornings, as well as various midweek times (often including early evenings) when there are no weddings taking place.

2012 Monthly Open Evenings

We also hold regular open evenings, which normally take place on the first Tuesday of the month (apart from January and August).

These evenings are designed to be a showcase of the venue and we often invite a range of recommended suppliers for you to chat to.

All booked couples are also welcome to attend and this offers the perfect opportunity to discuss any ideas you may have with us, to give your family members a sneak peak of your venue and to taste the drinks available in our Unlimited Drinks Packages.

We have a small open evening in April for new viewings and any booked couples wishing to look round the venue and ask any questions.

There is a bigger open evening with lots of recommended suppliers in May, when it is also possible to book consultation appointments.

The dates of our next two open evenings are:

• Tuesday July 3rd
• Tuesday September 4th

Please email us or phone us on 01327 341736 if you would like to come along; we would be very grateful if you could let us know the following information in advance:

• Which open evening you would like to attend
• When you would like to arrive – at 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm or 8pm
• Number of guests attending
• Car parking spaces needed (if you could share lifts, we would be really grateful!)

Please be aware that there are limited spaces for each time, so we would encourage you to let us know which time suits you best as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment (especially for consultation appointments in May).
