OPEN EVENINGS
A couple of times a year, we host Open Evenings at Dodmoor House, giving you the chance to come back & see us, bring along family or friends, meet our recommended suppliers and chat through all those little wedding questions that pop up along the way.

You can also join us in different seasons, so you can see Dodmoor at different times of year and get a feel for what the venue will be like around your chosen wedding date!
​
It’s a lovely opportunity to see Dodmoor in all its evening beauty, have another wander around the barns and grounds, gather inspiration for your own day and meet some of the wonderful people who could help bring it all to life.
​
You can also meet our wedding coordinators, browse our Hire @ Dodmoor collection, ask us anything about your plans and sample some of our Dodmoor Drinks Packages, including a selection of cocktails and wines.
​
It’s the perfect excuse to come back, make an evening of it, ask all those questions you’ve thought of since your last visit and start picturing how your own day could look and feel here!

Each Open Evening is a little different, with a selection of our recommended suppliers joining us each time. It’s a great chance to meet the people we love working with, chat through your ideas, ask questions and, where possible, try some of their delicious food too!

We’ve had such a fantastic response to our November Open Evening that we’re opening up Wednesday as an additional date, we’re also asking our recommended suppliers to join us for an extra evening. We’re just confirming who will be able to make the Wednesday date, so we’ll be adding the supplier list here shortly!
BOOKING
YOUR PLACE
Arrival slots are available between 5pm and 7:30pm on Wednesday & Thursday. However, spaces are limited on Thursday 12th November & are almost full, so we recommend booking your time as soon as possible for Wednesday 11th November.

You’re very welcome to bring family or friends with you. We ask that you bring a maximum of two additional guests in one shared car, but if you’d like to bring a larger group, just let us know. We may be able to accommodate slightly larger groups at the earliest or latest arrival slots.
