& TRANSPORT
One of the questions we're asked most often is how guest accommodation works and whether guests need to arrange their own transport home at the end of the night.

The good news is that we've partnered with Staverton Park Hotel and Daventry Court Hotel to make things as easy as possible. Both hotels offer special Dodmoor rates, room allocations for your guests to book onto and complimentary transport back from Dodmoor at the end of the evening.

How Do Hotel Allocations Work?
​
A hotel allocation is simply a block of rooms reserved under your name for guests to book onto.
​
Once your allocation has been created, the hotel will provide you with a booking code to share with your guests. Guests can then book directly with the hotel using this code and take advantage of the agreed Dodmoor rate.
​
Please note that only guests booked through your official allocation will be included in the complimentary transport arrangements back from Dodmoor.
STAVERTON
PARK
Setting Up Your Allocation
To create an allocation at Staverton Park Hotel, please email: reservations@stavertonpark.com and provide your names and wedding date.
Your allocation will initially include:

10 rooms on the night of your wedding

5 rooms on the night before your wedding
Additional rooms may be available subject to hotel availability.
Once your allocation has been created, the hotel will provide a booking code for your guests to use when reserving their rooms.
Good To Know:

Guests can begin booking onto your allocation up to 12 months before your wedding date.

Allocations close 6 weeks before your wedding.

Guests staying through your allocation receive complimentary transport back from Dodmoor.

If the online booking system displays a two-night minimum stay, guests should contact the hotel directly on 01327 220676 to complete their booking.
DAVENTRY
COURT
Setting Up Your Allocation
To create an allocation at Daventry Court Hotel, please contact the reservations team from 12 months before your wedding date:

An initial allocation of 10 rooms will be reserved under your name for guests to book onto.
Additional rooms may be available if required, subject to hotel availability.
Once set up, guests can then select the dates of their stay, enter the Preferential Rate Code - DODMBB under special rates and book a Dodmoor Weddings (included transport) room.

Please ensure guests enter your specific allocation code/your surnames in to the 'A Clarification To Add' notes box when confirming their booking, this will tie them to the transport list.

Guests booking online should use the Dodmoor preferential rate code and include your allocation reference when completing their booking.
CROSSROADS
WEEDON
The Crossroads Hotel does not offer a Dodmoor allocation rate, however it remains a popular option thanks to its location less than a mile from the venue.
Guests are welcome to book directly with the hotel using their standard booking procedures.
We can arrange group transport back to The Crossroads Hotel at the end of the evening for £5 per person.
To be added to the transport list, guests should contact us at least two weeks before the wedding by emailing weddings@dodmoorhouse.co.uk or calling 01327 341736.
Once payment has been received, their place on the transport will be confirmed.
