Ten Reasons To Book Dodmoor House
The venue fee not only covers exclusive use of the beautiful venue for your special day but also lots of additional extras including:
1. Open evenings, which are a great opportunity for you to bring friends and family to Dodmoor, look round the venue again and meet some trusted suppliers.
2. The flexibility to choose your own suppliers, or take advantage of our recommendations (including caterers) so that you can make your day completely individual and personal!
3. No daytime corkage charge fee or optional unlimited drinks package at great value for money. Please click here to download our drinks packages.
4. Fairy lights, heart shaped tea light holders in both barns and hanging candelabras in the Catesby Barn as extra decoration throughout the barns and courtyard.
5. Dodford Room with sofa and chairs as you are getting ready, as well as toy box and comfy cushions for children in the day or evening.
6. Exclusive use of the bar where all drinks are served at pub prices.
7. Chairs, tables and all glassware are included in the price.
8. A number of other items which you are welcome to use, including a table plan easel, white umbrellas, cake stands, cake knife, table number stands and garden games to avoid extra hire costs. Please click here to see all our additional complimentary decorations you can use for your wedding!
9. Overnight stay in our luxurious Honeymoon Suite with breakfast brought to your room. The suite is available from midday for the wedding party to get ready before a ceremony.
10. Support and advice in the lead up to your wedding, with a great team to make sure everything goes to plan on the day and help turn your wedding dreams into reality!
Booking With Us
If you decide that Dodmoor House is for you then we are more than happy to hold a date for two weeks at no cost whilst you make your decisions and perhaps get in contact with the Registrars. Other Information
Civil Ceremonies and Church Services
Both barns are licensed for civil ceremonies. Please book a ceremony time with the registrars, which can been seen and booked here. We find that any time between 12.30pm and 3.00pm works especially well for a civil ceremony.
For Church services, we recommend booking your church service for around 1pm, so guests would arrive at around 2.30pm for a drinks reception at Dodmoor House. Please contact us for details of local churches.
No Corkage Fee
Our no corkage fee starts straight after your ceremony or as you arrive from Church and ends at the end of your meal or speeches, whichever comes last!
Should you wish to give your daytime or evening guests a drink on arrival, a small corkage fee will apply.
Capacaties and Table Plans
We can fit up to 90-100 guests for a seated wedding breakfast in the Catesby Barn, up to 58 guests for smaller weddings in the Courtyard Barn and can host more informal weddings for up to 120 guests spread across the two.

Transport & Accommodation
There are several local hotels but we have specific deals in place with two hotels - the Holiday Inn Northampton West in Flore and the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel - with transport back to the hotel at the end of the night for guests staying there on the Dodmoor rate.
